Swimming….ahhh crap

So before signing up for my first triathlon I was like I know I got the biking …should be fine with the swimming, but will be horrible at running…

Let’s just say I underestimated how hard I am going to have to train in the swimming department. I did 10 pitiful laps, got a stomach ache and feel like a POS. I guess maybe I shouldn’t have eating spaghetti and a salad before I came…but on a positive note I have 140 some days to get better and faster at swimming.

Back to the lifting tomorrow, but am thinking I will need to add swimming to me 3 times a week
