Well this was another morning of lifting, and it was a Legs day. I have done leg lifting over the past year, but bypassed the squats. I went to do 3 sets, got done with the second one and when I started the 3rd, I could not feel my hamstrings, very painful. It will only get better at-least since it will be added to my weekly workouts.
Excited for tomorrow though, Cycling Class, missed the past week or two since I was sick, so it will be good to be back, might run a mile before or afterwards too…
