After a good workout this morning, I ended up at work taking some youth to Orange Leaf. The only sweet treat I allow my self is FroYo or Ice Creme, (since I gave up candy, cake, cookies, and other sweet treats, I had to keep one that I could not part ways with. But the kicker is I cannot get candy, or sweets on it, so I add some fruit and call it a day. Either way, I felt I needed to hit the gym again to keep my calorie intake lower. I spent 45 minutes on the Elliptical.
Usually last year I would only do 45 minutes in the elliptical majority of the time, and watch a TV show in Netflix in the process. I have decided to only do that on the days when I work out a second time or come in for strictly cardio that’s not the swim, bike or run part of my training. So I watched an episode of Prison Break. I have watch the series last year but it was very good so I am going through it again, just like I did with Lost, and will probably re-watch 24 again after this.
