So the gym was extremely busy tonight. The original plan was 45 minutes on the elliptical, folloed by a milr run and end with a swim.
Well all the elliptical’s were full, so jumped on a treadmil and ran 2 miles, 17:24 minutes was the time. Then I went over to the stationary bike, got ten minutes in and it was a very uncomfortable bike. I went down to the pool got in about a 30 minutes.
Good workout but tomorrow I got to grt in 2 or 3 different workouts since the gym is closed friday!!
