After a few set backs I’m back on track…
3lbs down, 27 to go to be at the weight I want for the Triathlon!!
After the gym being closed last Friday and being sick from Late Friday till Monday, it makes it feel that much better to get into the gym for a workout!
Got in much needed cardio, 45 minutes on the elliptical, plus my arms lifts for the day.
Not much else to say except it feels great to be back!
