Well went to the gym last night, got a 2 mile run in. I tried to cover the miles and time and just run to see how far I got. It was going good and I felt I would have been at 2.5 miles by then, and when I checked I was only at 1.6 So, I finished to 2 miles. I headed down to the pool and got a 500 yard swim, nothing fast, but got all 10 laps in.
This morning I struggled to get up, luckily I don’t work my part-time job, so I can go really whenever, but I made it there a little after 6. Plan was to get on the Elliptical for 45 minutes (watch an episode of Prison Break) and then go do my leg lifts. Well Netflix decided it didn’t want to work, so I got in 15 minutes and then did my leg lifts. Not what I planned, but still got it done.
But, I am excited for tomorrow’s Cycling Class, new bikes I haven’t used yet, and it’s been 2 weeks since my last time there.
