This morning was a GREAT workout. The gym had a 90 minutes cycling class. I arrived 10 minutes early to get in a 10 minute warm up. The first 45 minutes was pretty simple, but the last 45 minutes I could feel the soreness. The class started with about 23 people and by the finish there were maybe 16, so lost some in the middle. After 45 minutes we took a 5 minute break, to use the bathroom, get a drink, stretch and just a break. I knew if I got off I would not want to get back on, (the new cycling bike seats are’t the most comfortable). I added the vigorous stationary bicycle to my calorie counter app and I burned about 2,000 calories. HAHA they will be add back on tonight with all the booze!
