Another Dream…

So, I usually get up by 4:30 am so I can “wake up” and get to the gym by 5:00. This way I can get my bike for cycling class saved and maybe go run a mile or 2 before hand. Well this morning I hit the snooze at 4:30 till 4:45. SOMEHOW during that 15 minutes I had a very real dream.

In the dream (after hitting the snooze) I woke up, got out of bed and got my gym bag and Whey Protein shake ready. I headed to the gym, running late so I went straight to the cycling class. The class was full, but one bike was open so I grabbed it quickly as I saw other people coming. The instructor was new, the bikes felt different and things just seemed off. Well the instructor didn’t hesitate to get right into the workout. She had us sprinting when usually we warm up, then climbing hills, putting on heavy tension and yelling as us to go faster and harder, (that’s what she said). I was keeping up, busting my ass to the point that at the end my legs were mush and I was exhausted. As I left the cycling room and headed out the door, all of a sunned I am standing outside my house.

That is when I woke up to the snooze alarm and I realized I still had to go to cycling class even though it felt like I went already. I got up to get out of bed and get ready to go and my legs still felt like mush, like I had just finished the 45 minute cycling class. It was an odd dream, that happened in the 15 minutes it took me to snooze.

Either way, I made it to Cycling, got in a great 45 minute workout and 10 minute warm up before hand. I will be going back tomorrow for the new instructor again I had on Wednesday. She did a great job of motivating and making us work. I wonder if I will need to get there early to lift before I do the cycling class, because I am not sure I will be able to afterwards.
