Round 2! Run/Bike/Swim

After work today I decided to do another Backwards Triathlon. This was was a great workout as I pushed myself to the limit. I ran 2 miles (17:27) and did about a 6 minute cool down. Then I headed down to the cycling room. Started with a 5-ish minute warm up. This class was another intense class. The instructor does a great job of kicking our ass and pushing us to our limits. I really enjoy that class and think i’ll be a regular on Wednesday nights. The afterwards went to change to go swimming. I was already drained from the first 2 activities, but I was determined to finish. I swam 10 lap (500 yards in 12:05). A little slower than the first one, but i pushed my self to the end so I was out of breath at the very end. I did some cool down laps to follow. 

I think my TRI training is coming along great. I think I will actually have a great time, better than what I thought at the time I signed up for the Pigman Triathlon.
