So, I was looking on my Droid Razr Maxx HD today…and noticed my final countdown app that has my countdowns for RAGBRAI and the Pigman Triathlon. Well from today it’s 90 days away. Since I had my set back with my knee, I need to step up the running and swimming to get back on track with those. Last time I swam I had my fastest time of 10:56 I believe, so maybe tonight I will try and beat that time. I kind of had the February Blues, not really meeting my weight loss goals, and not motivated plus the injury was a shitty set back. Since I am at the 90 day mark that means I need to kick it into high gear. I am going to do a March Cardio month where I focus more on Cardio to help shed a few more pounds. I weigh in today and last weight in I was 198, hoping to be the same or under…but that still 22 lbs away from where I want to be by June 2nd.
