Headed to the gym last night and got a in 40 minutes on the Elliptical before the Cycling Class. I wasn’t nervous about the cycling class, as more worried about re-injuring my knee. I felt like I was ready to go and wanted to tempt it since I have missed my cycling classes for a few weeks now. I got on the bike, warmed up for 5 minutes. I was able to soar through (without pain that is) and finished the class. No pain in the knee or ankle. I will get back into my routine of the cycling classes, every Wednesday night, Friday and Saturday mornings. PLUS I made it just in time for the 90 minute class this Saturday.
