Today I went to the gym to do another reverse Triathlon, Run, Bike, Swim. I got to the gym and quickly went upstairs to get in 2 miles before the cycling class. I started at 6.5 speed, and bumped it up half way through the first mile to 7.0 speed. Then I wanted to get the 2 miles done quicker so for the last 3/4 of the 2nd mile I bumped it up to 7.5 speed. I was sure I could get to 3 miles but I wasn’t sure if the cycling class started at 7:15 or 7:30. After I got done I headed to the cycling room. It was an hour long class plus my 5 minute warm up. After that tiring class I went to go swim…but the pool was full of an aerobic class. Kind of ruined my plans, but I think I can try again tomorrow on my own without any classes. We’ll see, but that’s the plan for now.
